The ship stopped in the small port of Cobh, Ireland which is near Cork. Since we had spent 10 days in Ireland just two weeks earlier, we decided to go into town and post our travel blog up-to-date using the free Wi-Fi in town. We posted through the Normandy Beaches and just roamed around this small town and returned to the ship.

The Lusitania Cruise ship made its last port of call in Cork before sailing toward the US and being sunk by a German submarine. This memorial is to the sailors on the Lusitania that came from Cork.
